- Upfront & HonestWe engaged Stuart at IQ Solar to advise us about putting in Solar Power. He was such a great guy, friendly, knowledgeable and just made things easy to understand. He took us through the process, explained the differences and benefits of the various systems and brand available. He was upfront and honest, as we had other quotes from other companies and it felt like they were just doing the sell and we were left wondering if what they were talking about was true! As a result with our conversation with Stuart we booked in with him and the process of installation was very smooth, quick and no problem at all. Now we are enjoying the savings we get as a result especially now that both my husband and I work from home, it was a great decision to make.

It’s the little things that go overlooked when initial quotes are compared . Often this means the difference of performance, quality and reliability. (Price is not everything when u plan a long term investment like this.) Lifetime of use is a huge point to carefully consider and again why we chose IQ Solar with the Solar Analytics software, Trina 400w panels and a Sungrow inverter. I highly recommend the solar analytics software to maximise the benefits of the system. Don’t choose on price, carefully compare, and I am sure you will choose IQ solar like we did!

- Wonderful & Comfortable ExperienceJust a wonderful and comfortable experience throughout the process of obtaining our solar. Stuart was extremely knowledgeable and helpful understanding what we wanted and how to match the variety of products and technologies to our particular needs. Albert our installer was adept and resourceful in installing the kit seamlessly into our very aged and somewhat difficult home. IQ represents a wide range of products and values, so they were quite honest about the benefits and value of each product and their recommendations. We are now much closer to being carbon free!

- Very satisfying watching the savingsI spent a great deal of time and effort, months as it turned out, researching solar to upgrade our old 1.5kW system - there are so many installers and unfamiliar products/suppliers that without a word of mouth recommendation it was pretty overwhelming at first. Over the weeks that I was talking to different installers Stuart from iqsolar was the only one who seemed to have a decent industry background and technical knowledge, and always responded promptly and thoroughly with answers to questions. He also never pushed the sale which I appreciated. There were cheaper installers but I have been around long enough to know you usually get what you pay for. I was also wanting some sort of indication that the after sales service (if needed) would be good and it has been, with Stuart responding quickly to a couple of questions about resetting the monitoring app. I would recommend this company, and it is very satisfying watching the savings/earnings come in every day with our new 10kW system.
