I've been looking forward to getting the installation underway for a long, long time. So it's good to have the guys up on the roof now installing that, and to know that I'm going to be doing my bit for the environment is going to be great. And to see the bills coming in that are going to be a lot lower in future's great too. So I got a quote from three different places. The other two didn't really show much interest in what they were going to offer me, and they just sort of wanted to give me a price, and that was it. So using the local installer was really, really important for me because I know that is going to stay in the community, but also knowing that if there's any problems down the track, I won't have to go anywhere else, but to the people that installed it first time around. And really valuable as well, because I know if there's any problems, they're going to actually deal with the warranty and deal with the service.
He was able to talk me through the whole process, explain the different options, and come up with different solutions. Being able to be really flexible and respond to my concerns, which I found was really, really important. They were able to find a solution for me that absolutely suited what I needed, but also is looking down the track as well in terms of what else I can do in future. So a solar panel battery, and all of the service that I would need for that as well, which was something that secured my business. And we went back and forth a few times as well, which was pretty great, to make sure that I actually found the best solution.
Yeah, a warranty was really important to make sure that if anything was to go wrong, that it'll be fixed and no further inconvenience for me. It makes me feel good because I know that if anything were to happen, that I'm going to get looked after.
