So a lot of businesses are really trying to cut the cost of power. Every year they want to make that profit as high as they can, and if they can cut the cost of the power, then that's another element that's going to feed to that. At SolarWide, We've only recently purchased this property. Already of course, we've already put solar on the roof because we're a big believer in making that solar work. We run the power during the day, the solar produces in the day, we put solar on within the week of being here. So in our previous property, we had solar on the roof there, we didn't get a power bill at all. So we've seen it firsthand, we know that solar power really can save businesses big dollars every year. Solar power, it runs during the day and we find that most commercial clients are running the majority of their power during the daytime, works perfectly in line with solar.

Most commercial customers get a payback in generally two to five years. Depends on the business, depends on their tariffs that they're on. Some are on demand tariffs which changes a little bit. One of the things is we come out to the site, look at the bills, look at the tariffs, look at your usage and work from there. Not all solar is built equally, as they say the poor man pays twice and with solar, it's especially true. Unfortunately over the years we've seen and we've replaced thousands and thousands of solar panels that were installed by cheap retailers, or cheap manufacturers that have now disappeared, gone bust and left the faulty system that isn't working. Solar power, it's going to instantly work, it's going to save you an awful lot of money straightaway, and a high quality solar power system is going to work for years and years, and decades and decades to come.

It's really worth putting in a decent system at the start rather than going cheap. You know, if you go cheap, it's going to work for a short period, but eventually that system is going to fail. A little bit more spent at the very start can ensure that you've got a really high quality product for a very long time.
