With all of our commercial clients nowadays, we have the follow up procedure with their online monitoring portal. Everyone has access to that. We monitor it for any errors or issues that come up, so that we can react as quickly as possible to keep the system operating. That way, maximising their return on investment. The other sweetener with the online monitoring portal is we can put a display screen in behind your reception desk or somewhere, to give the business a real sort of presence with their customers and their staff so that everyone knows that they've done something great for the environment. That's a bit of a feel good factor that's just a little sweetener on top. So the online monitoring portal is great.
When we put the display up behind the reception desk for certain companies that choose that they want that option, it displays a really user friendly interface, so they can say how much the site is producing, how much the site's using daily, weekly, monthly, annually, whatever you need to see. It also has a nice little thing there that tells you how many CO2 tons has been saved, or how many cars off the road, or how many trees planted. It's a little bit of a feel good moment that sort of gives the company the kudos that they can have for it. So ongoing with our commercial customers, we keep an eye on the monitoring polls as well. We have regular reporting to the customers to get some feedback on where they are with their savings.
