When we're talking to customers about what they should look for in solar, we always head to quality. It's an investment and we see that for them, because they're choosing something that they want to have longevity out of, and we want to see that for them as well. So we certainly always talk to the level of quality, the warranties, where those warranties are held and who's going to look after them post installation. The pre-sale aspect of a job and the sales process is very small in the grand scale of things. We're looking at technology that's going to last them many years. So that's why we recommend certain brands and certain levels of quality to ensure that they're going to get that value, not within the first couple of years, but over the longterm.
We do a lot of community aspect where we can educate people on how renewables can benefit them and the things to look out for as well. So watching out for those ultra cheap prices, that are not going to give them longevity out of their system, and we're going to be out there in a couple of years time replacing parts. So we really take all that on board as well.
Is it important for homeowners to choose higher quality products for their solar power system?
