System design is part of the customer needs. You can't, you can't build something and then just throw it on a roof. You have to go and look at what you're doing. You have to visit the site, because there's so many things that get missed on mapping software that you just won't see. So, a bit of stink pipe, be it screw lines. The other thing recently, is steel frame houses where you got wider trusses and wider beams for fixing materials to. So it's really important to get out there, take a look at what the customer's got, and make sure that you're doing the right thing by them with the products that you've got.
So I want to have confidence in what we're putting on the roof, that it is going to be there for a long time. Sometimes I walk away and say no if I don't think its going to be feasible. I don't know if customers want to hear that all the time, but you can't do all jobs, basically. You've got to be on it, you can't miss a trick, you have to be focused on what you are looking at and what you're doing. Making sure the right thing is done by you, and by the other people that you are employing. If you set a good example, lead from the front, get the right thing done. I think all installs, basically, I think you're doing the right thing by the customer. Having something that is, when we put it on the roof, we've got the confidence that it will stay on the roof for a long period of time. Having the confidence in the product that we're working with.
