There's a lot of companies that are coming into the area from three, four hours away. Some even from interstate. We found that to be a bit of a problem, in that when there's a problem they just leave the homeowners stranded. They can't fix their solar power systems, they're not interested in coming back. We work in a small focused area to make sure that we can do the best for our customers, and action if we can, straight away. You know we can get there quickly, there's no waiting, waiting, and waiting until we come out there. Like unfortunately, some of the out of area companies do. We're locally based in a small area. We can easily get to you if there's a problem.

Our bread and butter everyday is residential. A lot of the mums and dads that are looking to cut their power bills down, I guess that's what we predominantly focus on. So we specialise in solar power. Of course, we've got all our electricians. We are an electrical company, but we purely focus on solar power. We found a lot of your general electricians, they'll do one or two solar systems every month or every couple of months, and you cannot keep up with the quality demands. We're here for a long term. And yes, it's not the cheapest system compared to the budget dealers, but it's important to buy a quality system. It's going to last a long time, free from headaches, free from problems and importantly, it's going to save you more and more money every quarter which is the ongoing goal for everybody. It's really important to get something straight out, that works brilliantly, that is also installed brilliantly, and the backup is brilliant as well.
