I think if you choose the wrong products; One, you get lower performance, so there's less savings. Two, down the track, you're probably more likely to have problems if you do choose cheap products. If you choose a company that traditionally sells a lot of cheap products, there's a potential chance that once their stuff starts failing, they won't be around. And you run the risk of not having that support later on down the track. I think you have to have a high quality installation with high quality components, you can't have one or the other. But you need the good installer because even if you have high quality components, if they're not installed correctly, you can void warranty, the output can be compromised. So you really need to take care and have that experience to do a high quality installation from day one.
Any electrical industry, I believe, you get what you pay for. You want to make sure you invest your money in some good quality components, that are going to last a long period of time. Give you high savings, low risk, and yeah, have that backup. Yeah, so very, very strong materials, good performance and warranties and good support as well. So we generally have an office in Australia with backup support.
What can go wrong if you choose low quality solar power products, or a poor quality solar installer?
