Generally we tell customers their payback period is around the four to five year mark, depending on what their usage is and what their production's going to be out of their solar system as well. So space can often be, or size of system, can often be a restricter as to what that may be. But if systems are sized accordingly to people's usage, you're generally looking at a four to five year payback period. The system's lifespan is over 25 years. It is a positive investment because you're getting money back. By having quality, that gives us peace of mind, because we're wanting to deliver the quality to our customer, and that also then entails what happens if something does go wrong.
So we have to factor that in when we're choosing products. So we need to make sure we're choosing product that's going to back us if something goes wrong. Having maintenance service on your systems as well, where we come out and check your systems once a year to ensure it's performing as it intended, that is vital to ensure the health of your system and the longevity as well.
