I think you want to get it right the first time. I think you want to do your research and make sure you make an informed decision. I guess, we're there to educate the customers, help them understand the difference in the different quality components, the different types of systems out there. And at the end of the day, once they're educated and they can decide what they spend their money on, they're a happier customer because they make an informed decision, and that's what we're about. So they get it from us, so we help them understand. We have a lot of information, videos. We also, you know, we can point them to independent studies where they can also get independent information on the panels we sell. So that's not just coming from us. It's backed by independent studies like Choice Magazine who have done a good study on modules recently. Ask some other customers what's the experience they've had.
Try and I guess do as much research as you can. There's a few independent websites you can get quotes through I guess. But it's just about making sure you do enough research to validate, sort the chaff from hay I like to say. You know, making sure you get the right stuff.
