Kedron-Wavell Services Club have a real community vibe and a community feel. So they're looking at it from an economic point of view, but it's also a decision that they made, as to be part of the community to reduce their carbon footprint. To reduce their reliance on fossil fuels, but, it is a driven more so by economics. We're meeting with the accountancy, with the financial planners, they ran the numbers on it. Financial planners make the decision on whether this project can proceed. The carbon savings of the project, that's the bonus, the economics are the driver. So the carbon savings and the green benefits are phenomenal.

Here we've got up on their website and up on their Facebook page, we're constantly updating their CO2 reductions in kilos. We've got full monitoring on this site, using the monitoring platform, as well as the solar analytics monitoring platform. So we're getting two streams of data for energy consumption, energy production, we're seeing our savings in real time. So this installation is allowing the system to be paid off in under seven years, because there are such a large consumer of power, they buy power at a much cheaper rate than some of the smaller commercial structures we do. So the payback here is a little bit longer, but again they're insulating themselves against power price rises, that saving equates to about 400 kilowatt hours a day. On average, this system is doing big things for energy reduction in the premises.
