- I've been in solar for over seven years. I've being in renewables for over 13 years and been in the electrical industry for over 20 years.

- As accountants we do numbers all the time and often we will see that yes, trying to explain to somebody that it's worthwhile upfront, paying a bit more upfront and then getting it back over a longer period of time rather than saving a few dollars now where you'll have to replace it again in a much shorter time frame.

- Absolutely, pay peanuts and you get monkeys. You really have to spend a little bit more to get a good quality product that will see it through.

- Once we show 'em the full calculation on the potential of generation from system and how much savings they can make, it really is a no-brainer.

- The one I have in front of me at the moment is showing a $300 credit for 90 days.

- I'd love to say that most people buy solar purely for environmental reasons cause that was my whole rationale for getting into solar, but most people are doing it to save money and we have clients who have $0 bills. We have clients who get the credit from their energy company to porter.
