By servicing systems, we come across many mistakes. There's some corners that can be cut. We see inverters mounted on a north or a west wall because that's where the switchboard is. It's obviously the shortest cable run, where that's not the ideal place for the inverter. It's an electronic appliance that's going to be running hotter because of the harsh Australian sun. It usually voids the warranty by mounting in direct sunlight like that. Yeah, these are just common things, that we've noticed in the industry in our time, which is why we find I think it's very important to, you know, to pick a good installer.
So, you know, it can be anywhere from a three to five-year return on a solar system. We monitor all our systems, all our systems. We have fleet accounts where we monitor all our systems and can remotely diagnose when you call up, and we get a you know, error messages. We try to be proactive to, you know, to notify the customer when there is a problem before they've actually, the customer even knows.
Why is your warranty voided if your solar power inverter is mounted in direct sunlight?
