Customers that we deal with or homeowners that we deal with in North Eastern Victoria and Southern New South Wales, they're looking for a number of different things. They're looking for longevity out of product. They're looking at reducing their electricity bills. Or trying to nullify it as close as possible to zero. They're also planning for the future. When we're talking to our homeowners, we talk to them as individuals. We do not do one size fits all, because everybody's needs are different. Your needs to your next door neighbor's needs are completely different. Even if you do have four people in the house, you might have completely different things that use power. So everybody's different, and we treat you accordingly.
Homeowners in the area are focusing on, still majority of their power bill. They realize their power bills are going up. Homeowners should consider quality, I think, as number one. They're an expensive investment for your house. You don't want to be installing cheaper products on your home that aren't going to last. We have that relationship with the customer that they know that they're getting a quality product. They're getting a quality installation. And we won't have to be going back in 12 to two years to replace any products.
You have to be careful when you're looking for solar because unfortunately, there are some great prices, or they look to be great prices advertised, but when you scratch that surface and actually have a look at the technology they're using, for those that are in the know like we are, we can see the issues that people are gonna face if they install those kinds of systems in the future. And that actually scares us. We actually prefer to install systems that are gonna give greater longevity and go well beyond the warranty periods. That's what we're looking for. The homeowners, we certainly advise them in having a obligation free site inspection. It is a really, really valuable conversation to have with the customer. Because then you can talk about their needs, their goals. Where everything's going to be placed so's that it gets the best production for them. And the level of quality that they're looking for.
Why should homeowners around the Albury Wodonga region avoid cheap solar systems, and invest in quality instead?
