- Yeah, born and bred in Wagga. Lived in Wagga all my life. So we've been operating since 2009. We've done thousands of systems from ranging from residential right through to commercial properties. I guess, yeah, we're specialists with a lot of runs on the board in the Riverina region. You don't have to travel out of town. You can stay local and get that experience that's here in our team. The main clients are residential, rural and commercial clients. We do a range of different products. We also travel quite a distance to do some off-grid battery systems where people are in remote areas.

- Because I have each a connection to the grid, half a kilometer up the hill or half a kilometer down the hill, and both were going to be quite expensive for me to hook into. And as we're on decomposed granite here, and it's very difficult to dig through inexpensively. So the cost was a factor.

- [Alex] So off grid systems we do for a lot of new homes, that are built in remote areas. It's very expensive for these customers to connect to the grid. And I also, I guess once they're connected, they have the peace of mind that they're living off the grid, free of energy bills.

- I think that it's worth doing the research and finding out the best system for your area and the best quality. Long term it pays off because it will last longer and you'll get better service.

- Exactly. Any electrical industry, I believe you get what you pay for. You want to make sure you invest your money in some good quality components that are going to last a long period of time, give you a high savings, low risk and yeah have that backup as well with a local company like SolarWise Wagga. Yes, it certainly pays to invest a little bit more once it's installed and you've recouped that money, you're miles ahead particularly long term. You know, that's when you start to really make the benefits.

- It's been fantastic. It's nice to get a few bills that are credit. Never seen an electricity bill with a credit in my life. I think the first seven bills 'cause we get billed monthly now on a smart meter. They are all credit. Performance has been fantastic. You know, some days I've had the system producing up to 90 kilowatts in a day, which is just phenomenal.

- [Alex] That we always couple high performance panels like LG with high performance inverters. I guess the products is only as good as they're installed. We take a lot of care in our installs. So yeah, we don't just have a cookie cutter approach. We want to customise a solid design to help meet the customer's load profile and energy requirements.

- Well, I think the LG panels have a reputation for being able to produce at a higher temperature rate. So in hot summers here, the performance of the panel can suffer a bit with the heat. And I think LG is a bit better in that regard.

- We get very extreme weather conditions. So we either have very hot temperatures in summer and extremely cooler temperatures in winter. So we like the LG panels because they do perform very well under hot conditions. They have a better temperature power efficiency than a lot of the lesser grade panels. So you'll get more kilowatt hours in summer. And even under the lower light conditions, particularly with overcast days, we find the LG panels perform a lot higher than some of the other panels in marketplace. We have a number of solutions for farms, and they are one of their great customers.

- Well it's been fantastic, very professional. They're are pretty easy to deal with and life will go ahead, I like that. I highly recommend it.

- So we do take time to sit down with farmers, analysing these, look at their electrical infrastructure and to try and maximize you know whether it's roof space or ground mount. With invest in high quality solar, there is a lower risk. You know generally, if you buy a high quality products, it does cost a little bit more. But you have that peace of mind and you know generally they come with a longer warranty because they're built more robust. The company that sells them like LG will back them.
